Nothing special. The corn tortillas were stale to the point my tacos broke. The Barbacoa was good. Fresh veg too. It was... decently clean. The employees seemed not to care about what they were doing. I?d say it?s on par with a Chipolte that?s barelyhitting the mark. Read more
I wouldn't even give a 1 star but I had to so I could leave a review. First time trying this place and definitely the last time.... The poor guys had no clue what was going on. They were running back and forth. We ordered 3 nachos and 2 quesadillas. They hadno chicken ready so we had to wait for our food while other customers went on through the line. Which meant that we got our foodway after others were seated. My kids waited for over 30 mins for their quesadillas and when it is was done they gave them achild's. We were able to get a refund for the quesadillas. Just a terrible experience over all. Read more
If your looking for a Chipotle Alternative, this is not your restaurant. Moved to the area in February and kept passing it and... said ? we need to try that place? I?ll save you the trip . Don?t bother. The Carnitas meat in the taco was so watered down andno flavor , the lady put so much sauce on it, they were laying on the side. No taco holder or even a piece of card board to sitthem upright . Your better off getting a taco salad. I wound up using a fork and scraping everything off the soggytortillas. She had to go over and look at the receipt of the customer at the register . So my food sat there a good minutegetting cold. In fact , it was by the time it was rang up and we sat down to eat. The floors and tables at this restaurantlooked like they had not been swept all day or cleaned off after customers. On top of it.?, my daughter had to sit there andface a worker , probably on his break . Rubbing a girl all over her legs above n below table . So inappropriate. He should notbe doing that in the restaurant. Especially in his uniform. Take it out to the car or when your not at work. So unprofessional.Not sure who the manager on duty was. First time for me. I stopped in to pick up a burrito to go. Went with an adobo chicken (which is shredded) burrito. I liked that... they had some ingredient options that Chipotle doesn?t have like jalapeños. The onions were also very good. They also toast theburrito after it is done being made. Overall, not bad. I highly recommend this restaurant! I had the spicy shredded beef and chorizo over nachos. This is my first time here and it was... amazing! Soooo delicious! Also, when I walked in I was greeted with a smile by a very helpful Aaron behind the counter. I toldhim it was my first time here and he very nicely explained the menu and process. He answered my questions about food items andgave a great recommendation. He then came by to see if I was enjoying my choice. I just moved to the area and I was wishing there were a Chipotle nearby but then I found this place today and it's super... comparable. I really enjoyed it! The quesadilla was fried, that part was a little much (greasy) for me, however I still reallyenjoyed the meal. The guacamole and all ingredients tasted fresh. Let's start out with the positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming. When you eat the most important thing is taste.... Taste was horrible. My taco salad was drenched in sauces that made it mush. The chicken was poor quality. Tasted my wife'snachos and the meat was over seasoned and Salty. I was not expecting great from this chain but I wanted at least good. It waspoor. Spent 27 dollars on an upset tummy. I guess I will stay with more authentic restaurants. Read more
