Its really nice to find a neat clean place to stop when one is on a road trip also the staff is helpful and kind.

Service was good but because it was so busy and i waited for my food before pumping my gas it timed out. No biggy usually but it... only put 17 og the 20 back on my card I used! UGH i am pay check to pay check right now have been through hell was so tired thati did not want to walk all the way back inside. Every dollar counts! Read more
Was checking out and the dude named Samuel was my cashier, and he doubled scanned something and I politely asked him about it to... which he responded with not even taking it off but trying to explain how he was leaving on there since it was the same price asthe redbull but the redbull I was purchasing was already scanned, and then proceeded to say ?just read? in a very rude tonedwell buddy I did read, and you doubled charged me for something when I only had 1 of the item, so maybe do your job correctly,literally the rudest person for no reason, he looked miserable and was blasting his music as well while checking people out. THE WORST WAWA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff are rude and literally act bothered. I usually go to the Wawa by the Venice... Walmart but sometimes I stop at this location. The staff is the WORST. There is nothing else wrong with this place just thestaff. Dusty, a short older woman with a proper and fitting name, is so rude. While Wawa was doing free coffee for teachers, Igot a coffee and showed her my teacher ID. I teach at a local HS and didn?t think I would be HOUNDED over the validity of myteacher ID. Dusty kept asking me to prove I was a teacher. She didn?t think I looked old enough, she thought I was lying and wasa substitute, she even asked me if I had to work that day?either way she kept suggesting I was scamming WAWA for a FREE COFFEE.Like cmon! I am 100% an actual teacher and have been for 3 years. Teachers have been through enough,I don?t need Dusty, a Wawaemployee, heckling me over whether or not I?m ?actually a teacher.? When I saw her again I asked her what made her think Iwasn?t actually a teacher, and why she would do that over a coffee and she said she was just inquiring out of kindness but alsocause I looked too young. She wasn?t understanding that my entire point was she had NO right to make me PROVE I?m a teacherbehind my school ID. She swears now that none of this ever happened. So now I guess I made it all up. Also I understand thatany kind of service job is tough and guests are rude but today some taller blonde woman was complaining about customers beingannoying while using self checkout because they?re new and people need help on them. Like do you not realize they could automizeyour entire job like at Walmart and you have no choice but to work the Wawa food counter or get a new job? What is crazy is theWawa by Walmart in Venice is so much different. The staff are the BEST part of that location. Greeting guests, they even know myname over there. Just ordered a sub for myself, my wife and my son. Our son was supposed to have a roast beef hoagie. Nope. Just cheese and... pickles. I don?t know how hard it could be to read an order. I love the food and cleanliness, but customer service is very poor! Apparently there is no free refills, there is no sign so I... didn't know, an employee was incredibly rude about it! I hadn't left the building yet, I was still shopping. And the corporateoffice was no better! If you expect to enforce no free refills at a self serve station, there should be a sign!
