Very pleased with my experience there today. Was served via drive thru and had Michelle take my order. She was very sweet and... attentive and even helped with recommendations. Before sending us on our way she also confirmed we had everything we had orderedincluding sides/sour creams. It?s so hard these days to find kind people working in customer service jobs and I felt this trulydeserved a positive review. Will always go back to this Wendy?s! Read more
If I could leave no stars I would. Second time coming here, last time took almost 40 minutes, this time, even longer. Even did... the mobile app order, still make you wait in drive through line and it is not moving!!! this is ridiculous. By the time you getto window, food is cold. I'm still in line as I write this. Cold food and messed up an order of nuggets. Wanted regular and they gave half spicy like they didn't want to cook more just... gave what was already there. Employees not wearing masks and the ones working were not very pleasant. Seems like they are justthere to get paid to hang out. We got 4 frosties. The vanilla ones were fine but the chocolate were just liquid and foaming onthe top. I see why McDonald's is always busy and I hardly see anyone here. Read more
