This place looked like it was closing down - the vibe is like so depressing and sad. Seriously- there was low lighting; it... wasn?t inviting and the tables looked dingy. Went here tonight. What an awful experience. Place looks dirty. Napkin dispenser is empty asked the kid working for some and... he said they don?t have any. Then We paid for our 2 small cups of ice cream with our debit card. The worker asked if we want areceipt we said yes. All of a sudden his computer freezes up and says he could give us one. Then the people we were withwanted to order ice cream and he told them he would give it to them for FREE because computer is not working.. This is not howto run a business. DONT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS !! Read more
I think the owner doesn't care much about this business. Always out of flavors and they don't make any of the waffle cones or... anything. They say they are out of ingredients. There is always just one person working and they aren't very happy to bethere. Read more
So, first off, I tried to pay in cash, the young kid who tried to complete my transaction said that he would no be able to give... me back change. I said, that is stealing, beacuase you are accepting legal tender and not giving me back my correct change, hesaid not really. So I suggested to pay with a card. Then he said ok. Second, it is now 917PM, store states it closes at 930, butthey have turned away five customers stating that they are closed? Somewhat confused because Ben and Jerry's states 930closure, but they are closedat 917. Music is blarring inside, but no one is doing anything except for turning away customers,turning away profit, not really a business I thought, turning away money , not if I owned or managed this place. If I were theowner/manager, I would consider which teenager I would hire to run my business on a Saturday evening, or should I say whichteenager I would fire for loosing me potential repeat customers or for not making a profit. I was excited when we found a Ben and Jerry's - I had high hopes going in! But shop was depressing - dated, tiny ice cream... cabinet with only half the flavors even labeled. They were out of waffle cones, and the cone we did get was stale. Definitelynot the experience I anticipated from such a big name shop. Girl behind the counter was sweet though. Read more

Got a banana split and even though they were busy, ?one poor girl working by herself and the place was packed? I was served this... masterpiece! The Chunky Monkey was a perfect fit! Great ice cream and wonderful service! Read more
The place looked like it was going out of business. Dirty, limited selection, missing labels, and no waffle cones or hot fudge.... Disappointed this place represents a good brand of ice cream. Read more
