A short wait on a Saturday with amazing service and good food. I got the Classic Benedict?s and loved them. My friends got the... chilaquiles and they were good but it was very large for one person. My boyfriend and I got shrimp & andouille grits and salmon omlette. I am used to going to Cajun's location in Goleta. I was... pleased that the dishes here taste the same as the ones from Goleta. The protein (shrimp & sausages) and cheese go well togetherand they balance out the plain grits. The omelette was also delicious. My boyfriend liked the sauce of the omlette. Short and sweet! I?ve been coming here for over a decade now (god doesn?t that make me feel old) and I plan to come back as long... as it stays open. The staff is always super friendly, the food is consistently delicious, and the coffee is always fresh. Greatspot for some gumbo or breakfast/lunch in general.
