My girlfriend place an order through the mobile app and the lady in drive through refused to fill the order. This place was... unwilling to help as she sat there for over 30 minutes and the employee wouldn't even tell her that she wasn't going to fill theorder until asked why aren't you making my order. The app either doesn't send the food over after you have paid or the employeestake the food or give it away. This place will not receive another dime of my money I'll go to another Carl's Jr instead. If Icould give no star review this place definitely deserves that. Read more
It was more of a required stop as I had a diabetic episode. My blood sugar was rapidly dropping and I required something to... counter it. Not a fan of Carls Jr but it did its job with my blood sugar. I consumed the Sausage, Egg & Cheese biscuit combo andthen fell asleep for about an hour and a half. Read more

Its been awhile since ive been here. Not a lot of patrons when i went in maybe 3 tables. But drive thru was a bit long wait.... There were about crews working. I ordered only a fries for my kid. And i would say that it was the longest wait ive evee waitedfor a fastfood joint. And when i see the fries on top of the counter i knew it was mine but it took them quite awhile to evenbother to call or even serve it. Finally when the lady went and served it. She didnt even bother to ask if we wanted a ketchup. I said something but she was quick enough to turn around and ignore what i said asking for ketchup. She served other patronsorder but i heard her asking if they wanted ketchup. I went to the counter to ask ketchup but both crews behind the counterwerent facing the counter instead busy talking. I think this has to be address to the staff. Or yet maybe more customer servicetraining. Read more
Person who took our order in the drive thru was very inattentive and did not pay attention to what we were saying. Had to repeat... myself multiple times and they still didn?t get the order right. They also didn?t include all of our food. Read more
