This cold stone store in Ventura off Johnson is always a great place to go for your sweet cravings. Their ice cream is... delicious, customer service always very kind even if very busy, like today for instance, there was already two groups of peoplebefore me and then it was me and then I believe about a family of five to six and then another couple and another couple afterthat but there was only one girl there that was working and also training at the same time and to be honest she did a very goodjob trying to keep up being kind asking questions while doing the ice cream she was amazing today, she had already gottenthrough half of the line and two workers showed up to help out which was very nice. But That first girl (I didn't get her namebut she has long black straight hair and I believe a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist.) This place is so inefficient. Last night I waited an hour to get ice cream here. There were only 6 people in front of me. 3... people behind the counter and none of them knew what they were doing. I finally had my order taken and I asked for a small bowl- the girl asked me 3 times how much ice cream that was? I don?t know, I don?t work here? whatever fits in a small bowl. Great service, the young man working the front area must have served over a dozen people while I was there and his coworker went... into the back and didn?t come back out. He served everyone all by himself and was very polite in the process. The place wasclean and our ice cream was delicious. Read more
