This cold stone store in Ventura off Johnson is always a great place to go for your sweet cravings. Their ice cream is... delicious, customer service always very kind even if very busy, like today for instance, there was already two groups of peoplebefore me and then it was me and then I believe about a family of five to six and then another couple and another couple afterthat but there was only one girl there that was working and also training at the same time and to be honest she did a very goodjob trying to keep up being kind asking questions while doing the ice cream she was amazing today, she had already gottenthrough half of the line and two workers showed up to help out which was very nice. But That first girl (I didn't get her namebut she has long black straight hair and I believe a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist.) She Was working her butt off, Andyou wouldn't think so many people wouldn't go on a Wednesday ???? But this place is always a good idea to get dessert. Read more
This place is so inefficient. Last night I waited an hour to get ice cream here. There were only 6 people in front of me. 3... people behind the counter and none of them knew what they were doing. I finally had my order taken and I asked for a small bowl- the girl asked me 3 times how much ice cream that was? I don?t know, I don?t work here? whatever fits in a small bowl. Great service, the young man working the front area must have served over a dozen people while I was there and his coworker went... into the back and didn?t come back out. He served everyone all by himself and was very polite in the process. The place wasclean and our ice cream was delicious. Read more
The two young ladies that helped us were very patient and happy to help despite having a rush line at 4:30pm. They got through... the line that was to the door quickly. My icecream was perfectly made. Thank you ladies for getting me my lid during the rush.Perfect way to handle the crowd! Read more
I come here one or twice per two month's and the ice-cream here never gets old. It always taste fresh and to top it off Cold... Stone Creamery has 12 toppings and 12 pre made ice cream choices(Their original name is "Signature Creations"). My favorite premade ice-cream is "Birthday Cake Remix". Read more
Came here on a Thursday night around 10pm. The girl working was extremely friendly and let me try a few flavors and walked us... through their different flavors/the way their ice cream is made. I got a hot fudge sundae with the salted caramel and vanillaice cream. It was delicious and coco-nutty with a very gooey brownie. It was absolutely great! Unfortunately they didn't haveany whip cream so I got double cherries. Overall I was very pleased with my sundae and look forward to coming back and tryingdifferent things! Read more
