We had a group of 14 people, late at night. They didn't have straws, so he brought us larger cups for the kids. Unfortunately... two of them spilled. Brian, our server, was SO nice and patient! They had another group before us, so I know they were busy. Iwas worried we'd be forgotten sitting in the back room, but he gave us great, friendly service. Rosemary is best waitress at this location. We come for a monthly meeting for the organization ?Ribbons of Life? on the 2nd... Saturday of every month. She is fantastic. She helps us with all of our orders and remembers the special requests of some of ourmembers. She is a pro at getting everyone one organized for our group photos. 5 stars isn?t enough! We go to Denny's on Telegraph Rd Ventura as a large group 12 to 18 ladies and we have gotten such excellent service from... Rosemary. She gets the food to us hot and it's very good. A lot of us get the senior meals and they're very good prices. Ican't believe how good she fills all our needs (like coffee) and is extremely friendly. We enjoy going back most every week. Read more
The host/server Alex (Alejandro) was 5 out of 5!!! Super attentive, super friendly, super helpful and was not afraid to ask... questions! With in an hour he was at our table 5 or six times. This guy is doing really good!! Amazing service and order wascorrect and HOT......... nachos and bacon tatertots were great.. ordered the super slam... Very good, but sausages were severelyunderdone.. too full anyway. Will definitely come here again, just going to ask for food to be ?well done?. Read more
I just had an amazing, well-seasoned meal at 11:15pm on Thanksgiving night. The chef did an outstanding job. By the end of my... meal I was sad it was gone and wanted to order another despite being full. I really hope this is the overall quality of the foodat this Denny?s, because that was fantastic!
