I had an amazing experience here! Being from out of town, I asked around for a great spot to try and got this one. The beer I... chose was the Midwest Pale Ale, I was very good. The temperature was perfect. For my appetizer I chose the coconut shrimp. Verytasty, the only thing I would say is the batter was very thick so it kind of hurt to bite into. BUT ! It was still great. I alsogot The Finney Burger as my entree, and man oh man! That was an amazing burger. From the bun, to the fresh ingredients, wellcooked burger, and that sauce! Hit the spot completely. It wasn?t like your usual brewery burger where the sauce is too much andit makes the burger bun soggy and it crumbles in your hand. This burger was perfect all the way through. Yesterday I went on a day trip to Ventura and decided to eat here and I?m so glad I did! I sat at the bar and ordered a Buffalo... burger and it did not disappoint! It was juicy and tender and the flavors were amazing! I also ordered a Finney?s draft beer togo along with this burger and it complimented the burger very well. The atmosphere is that of a sports bar and they have gamesgoing on all TVs which I loved. There were families eating there as well. The bartenders were very nice and all had smiles ontheir faces. The building is an old refurbished bank and it has lots of light and it?s clean. The prices are reasonable, myburger was only $13 and it came with a small bucket of fries. I totally recommend people stop in sometimes even if it?s only fora draft beer?but you gotta try that burger! Read more

I went here with a group of friends on one occasion and with my mom on another. Both times were awesome, and I would recommend... this place whether you're in a big group or just having a nice dinner with another person. I like the menu for the most part. Ithink I like the starters list better than the entrees. I liked the pretzel, lobster rolls, and chicken and waffles better thanmy mahi mahi tacos and truffle pizza.
