Overall a great experience, polite and fast service. Food quality was good-fair for lunchtime rush. Here is where they will get... a 1 star. We are in the middle of a heat wave and you have an order taker outside during the hottest point of the day with NOshade or water. If these past two years haven?t taught us anything it?s to treat our staff that we have with care and respect onall levels. High heat exposure when not necessary is uncalled for and irresponsible of the store manager. Do better Jack in thebox, do better! Read more

Tried coming back to the store, they totally screwed my order last night that was a mess, the manager had long hair no hat no... hair net but still working with food that gross and not up to code. Took forever just to order and there was only one guy infront of me ordering a hot coffee. The guy behind the counter started brewing tea not coffee, then he up sailed my order after Itold him just want a small. tried going in this morning only to get the even worst customer service never coning back to thisplace they need a lot of work. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE LADIES LAIGHED AT US FOR ORDERING!!! THEY GIVE WRONG ORDERS AND BAD FOOD! THEY DONT CARE AND MAKE FOOD BAD... AND BLAME CUSTOMERS. There is a couple ladies who give the wrong order for fun, once I know the names I will give them out. Idon?t want to complain all the ladies but two young ladies messed the order up on purpose and laughed. If I come back and theystill work there, I will record their service. It?s not funny to us. It?s Halloween and our son just wanted a kids meal. theygave us the wrong order and complained about us telling them is wasn?t right. Customer serve is awful, skip this place. They donot care at all. If you want quality food, find another jack in the box. Took us 35 min to get the right order for just nuggetsand shake. Skip it. There is a lady who is young who likes to give the wrong order.
