Food was not bad but the service was. I also ordered fries well done and when it didn?t pop up on the screen that they were well... done I clarified I wanted them well done and the guy working the drive thru confirmed. You can't beat the location. Although I live in this neighborhood so I'm used to it. The service is great and it's not... overloaded with tourists or crazy people like some other fast food restaurants a little bit further from the beach. We made a stop during a journey. We ordered only a coffee, a muffin and a small order of fries. It took over 30 minutes to get... them! I used the ladies' room and came back to report to the cashier that the handicap stall was a few squares of paper shy ofbeing completely out. I got only a shrug in reply,, which annoyed me. Still waiting. I went to use the restroom again, only tofind that the regular stall was out, as well. All I can say is thank goodness for the pocket pack of Kleenex I was carrying! They had a guy out scrubbing the handicap parking spots in the parking lot, but couldn't spare anyone to put toilet paper in thebathroom. I was livid and let a different clerk at the front know it, with no effort to control my anger, frustration orvolume. I am quite certain that the whole restaurant heard my rant. I went to pickup my order at the counter in this McDonald's. The whole dining area was filthy. Trash and dropped food on the... ground. The dining room had no one eating in and I can understand why. The place smelled like toilet water and everything wassticky. Took roughly 10 to 15 minutes to get my food and it was warm but not really hot. Overall would avoid going here again. Read more
I ordered a small coffee and ask for the cream and sugar inside and drove off and it was coffee without the sugar I feel I... shouldn't have to check before driving off. At least it was hot coffee. Another thing they have signs saying they need helpduring the day during the week. I went on a Friday night ???? around 8:30pm they were under staff they couldn't keep up with thedemand they over work there employees by not having the proper staff being under staff. McDonald's food chain makes enoughmoney to have the extra employees to meet the demand and volume at this location. Absolutely no excuses for this. Especiallybeing right off the 101 freeway expect traveling and out of town guest passing through. Another problem I have ok is when youorder inside using there touch screen monitors it doesn't display there specials you'll end up paying full price it doesn'tadjust it at the end either. If your not careful and n a hurry you might not catch this. For example there fish filet are 2.50each on Friday special & regular price 4.49 at the monitors it won't say 2.50 it will give you the full price. Annoying. Hopethis is helpful to many. Read more

Unprofessional extremely rude! we had orders canceled after being confirmed two nights in a row. After reaching out to this... McDonald?s we asked for an explanation so we wouldn?t waste our time ordering in the future. We were told it has nothing to dowith them they make the food that pops on their screen and then hung up on me after your yelling in the background.. this staffshould be fired immediately. It was 11:32 Sunday, October 30th The woman made us feel stupid for asking if we could order foodin the future.
