This McDonald's should be avoided like the plague. The drive thru is backed up out onto the street blocking Burger King and... telegraph road traffic at all hours. I always say forget it because I don't want to block traffic and get honked at. They alsohave the most "pull up and wait" spots I have seen at any fast food. No matter what you order, you have to pull up and wait toget your order after already sitting in line for an absurd amount of time. Please open a second McDonald's nearby if this is nota correctable issue internally. Read more

The website store hours state they close at 1am. It closes at 12:00am and cones are placed to block the driveway before... 11:45pm. I was there for a delivery pickup & there was no way to enter their establishment by car at 11:45pm. I drove aroundMcDonald?s twice before deciding to stop my car partially in the street & into their driveway to move the cones over. I enterthe parking area to the drive thru to the intercom. I let the employee know I was there for delivery pickup. The employee askedfor the delivery code, it?s 11:50pm there are no cars in the drive thru, they are closing in 10minutes & the driveway isblocked. I looked frantic for it but couldn?t find the code at first, he repeated himself. I said I heard him, I asked for himto wait a minute so I could find it. I gave him the code pulled to the window & let him know my experience. He then said Ishouldn?t be so rude?. Hmm.. shouldn?t the employee be empathic to a customer?? I have worked frontline customer service for20+ years & noway would my employees nor myself say that to a customer ever!! I am very disappointed with the employe?s lack ofcustomer service, compassion & empathy. There was no reason for him to say anything like that to a customer!! We were there on a very busy saturday morning. The employees were doing their best. Then some lady decides to blow a gasket... because they took too long to make her french fries. Mind you there were a good 5 to 8 people ahead of her. Amid her demands offresh french fries the crew handled the fry emergency quickly so the rest of us could enjoy our meal. Read more

Carmen, please give your morning staff a pat on the back! Amazing team you have. Young man (slender blond guy)taking orders was... polite and with a smile on a FRIDAY. Your shift managers (2 females )were very attentive and answered any question I had withsuch respect. Your location is one of the busiest, with the High School and College not far. Your team keeps the cars moving.Maybe you can help the SP location. They don?t know what they are doing over there and it?s embarrassing. Thank you for a greatmeal experience. Read more

Used mobile app several times here. They prioritize curbside service lower than drive-thru. Took almost 15 minutes. Slow... service, no straw, no napkin, stale bread. I?m changing venues. Read more

People always write off customer service reps at fast food places all the time, but that isn't the case at this location.... Manager Josh was so very helpful this night and provided kind, fast and excellent service. I'm a door dasher and we don't alwaysget treated the kindest when picking up orders so Josh's kindness was a breath of fresh air. Later on I didn't have an order fordasher but Eduardo was kind enough to let me in and use their facilities and as a late night dasher not from the area its hardto find an open restroom. I'm forever grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service. Read more

I ordered inside for takeout in order to use the terminal since this lets you easily do complex orders with modifications and... add-on. You can order at the counter too but I think most people either do the drive-thru, order online and pick-up or do theterminal. I had no trouble with my order and like the order customization. UPDATE: I went in today and none of their terminalswere open so I did a smaller order than I originally planned because I couldn't just press a button to give my order. I had torepeat what I ordered multiple times, not that I blame the person taking my order. Read more

My order was good but the lobby was a bit of a mess and one of the employees was sitting out there on there phone instead of... cleaning it up. I understand if you are busy and unable to clean right away but if you have time to sit then you have time towipe down tables and chairs. I watch several people come in and search for clean place to sit. This is just not ok. Read more
