Walked in at 9:28p.m. they close at 10pm. and all the food was off the buffet. Employee had attitude and luckily one of the... cooks in the back said he could take care of us. Tiffany needs to get another job, maybe not in customer service. The gentlemanworking as an actual cook, kudos. Read more

Have had a good experience every time till yesterday's catastrophe. Ceaser, messed up both of my plates and didn't give me a 2nd... entree on one of the plates at all! We repeated our order 4x to him very slowly and pronounced our words clearly after the 3rdrepeat. And still....STILL!!?? We walked him through check out too so the order on the receipt is perfect but, not our food.Forks were not available either so thank the Lord we keep extras in the car??????????? Read more

The workers were very nice, fast and helpful. They asked if I need anything else with my order. Overall a great experience.

Did a mobile order for 4 plates and the plates were barely full. This plate was the worst one, ordered shrimp and teriyaki... chicken and only got like two pieces of chicken. I?m not expecting the plate to be over flowing but it?s not worth the $10.75the plate is worth. Read more

I am actually afraid to come back to this location. I haven?t been to Panda Express in years, so I finally went during my lunch... break. There was a line, which I completely understand, everyone is doing their best. But what made me afraid is that I wasstarting to choose what I was going to order (kids meal with fried rice, chow mein, and orange chicken), then I saw one of theemployees totally drop the shrimp in the fried rice (I am deathly allergic to shellfish) then use the same spoon they would thefried rice to put back the shrimp in its proper place. My face went pale and I ended up leaving. What if I didn?t catch that,and I got the fried rice without knowing it was cross contaminated, I would?ve ended up in the hospital, or worst. It was busywhich I get, you?re in a rush, but please be more careful and mindful. Read more

Have not ate here for 2 yrs because of a Bad experience.Today I went there because my grandson wanted to and I asked to taste... the mushroom chicken to see if I liked it I would order. They told me NO. I said to my grandson I will have to make a complaint. A employee named Sophia turned around and gave me a dirty look. Then started talking to her co workers about me. There were at least 6 people in front of us for dinner rush on Sun evening and it felt like the team could work faster or more... efficiently. I mean the food is already cooked, just need to be dished/packed. The staff seem to be bumping into one another alot. We waited for at least 20mins from the time we entered till we got our food. One guest came back in complaining that hedidn't receive a few items, and there were a group of people that placed their order online that were waiting to pickup theirfood. We got the bigger plate, which is the regular plate+small box. The plate seems to be smaller and shallower although greatinitiative moving away from styrofoam.
