Love coming here for my lunch break but this time th girl at the front didn't look like she wanted to be there very rude and off... putting attitude she was trying to tell me something and I said I'm sorry I didn't hear you and she just looked at me like if Iwas stupid. Please hire respectful employees and not rude ones. Read more
8/18/22 - We hosted 43 people inside Poke Land for a birthday party. The food was great (as always) and the Poke Land team did... an excellent job of getting all of us our food. Food is not fresh or good quality. I get that we don?t live in Hawaii and can?t have the most freshest poke. But we do live by... the beach and should be getting good quality seafood and this place is not it. First when I went in there it smelled like oldfish and mold. Then I waited in line to order and when I got close to the front I was able to see the fish and all the toppings.Fish looked and smelled old and was not covered. The toppings looked the same also. You can tell manager doesn?t really careabout quality just about people?s money which is expected from a poke chain. I wish this had the ability to have two ratings, one for the food and one for the service. The food rating is the four stars.... The food was good and tasted really fresh. The portion size was also nice. I got the small size and i I was completelysatisfied. The service on the other was a complete mess. We went to this place on September 18, 2021 at 7:30 pm (hint hintMr/Mrs Manager). There was this young girl, dark hair, 5'02", about 105 lbs, and she had the worst attitude and service I haveever seen in a long time. She lacked patience, courtesy, politeness and everything else one would need in a customer relatedbusiness. She rolled her eyes at my wife when my wife told her she wasn't done ordering, she gasped when I changed my order fromlarge to small just as she was about to prepare my food. (And she literally had to physically do NOTHING when I changed my ordersize). My wife and I said nothing to her or each other while in the establishment but when we got into the car, we both lookedat each other and said the exact same thing about the rudest employee we both had just experience. This is a shame because thefood was actually really good but because there are so many other options and places to go eat, I don't need to ever go backhere again and I won't. Read more
Best poke in all the land. Price, quantity, quality, all unmatchable. I have yet to have poke anywhere that even comes close to... this place. Did I mention the freshness of the ingredients?!? Wow, this place is amazing and so fun!! We go to Hawaii often so we love poke, and I love the make-your-own style of the... restaurant. Really transports is back to Hawaii! Will definitely be coming back again! Read more
