Stopped here for lunch during a day trip to Ventura and was delighted by the food and atmosphere! Set back from the main town... center by a couple blocks, it’s still easy to walk to when you’re out shopping etc. The Arugula & Quinoa salad was amazingand I also tried the Waygu burger.???? Really nice place to visit all the food was really good definitely we'll be visiting again. THere is outdoor dining as well and... is really comfortable. Inside dining gets a little loud. Plenty of servers available to help with your service experience. Alot of locals frequent here too. You wouldn't be disappointed. Read more

Great atmosphere and friendly servers. Some of the food was amazing and a couple items were just okay. We came between lunch... and dinner and took advantage of the after 3pm happy hour menu. The fish taco was great, the garlic fries were okay, thearugula salad was really good with the figs mixed throughout. I enjoyed the lobster bisque, but it was on the verge of being toosalty. For entrees we had the salmon and the halibut. Both were really tasty. The only minor misses was the mashed potatoeswere cold, while the fish was hot off the grill. Additionally, things took longer than expected to arrive at our table. Theappetizers too about 20 minutes to arrive. I'm guessing it was due to it being mid afternoon. All in all it was a relaxing andenjoyable experience. We will return to try some of the other food options. Read more

I came here for a birthday party, and i have to say this place was legit one of the coolest places I've been to. It gave me... pirates of the Caribbean or assassins creed vibes. Staff was incredibly friendly, our waitress came by just when somebody seemedto need something but was not overbearing and really seemed like she was on top of everything and had great knowledge of themenu. There was a nice private enclosed room off to the side that was perfect for our group, and the atmosphere felt rustic andpremium at the same time. The price is what you would expect from a place like this, but I think the prices are more than fairfor the service and atmosphere that was provided. I got the vegan tacos and was initially skeptical from a place that has theword fish in its name, but I tell you what those were some of the best dang vegan tacos I have ever had. It didn't feelthoughtlessly put together or like an after thought, everything in it made sense and the only thing I could possibly complainabout with the tacos is how jucifully stuffed they were with delicious veggies and sauces. My picture isn't the best qualityfuel to the dim lighting, but the ambiance and mood more than made up for it!
