Was denied a cup of ice today which blew my mind. I have asked for and received multiple small cups of ice for the beverages I... have purchased at Target in the past however this time was different. Im not sure if the employee was a manager or not but heseemed older and when the cashier advised him that I was asking for a small cup of ice he said, " yeah, we don't do that." Iwould have even paid a fair amount for the ice if it was required but I was straight out denied. I will not make any futurepurchases at that Starbucks. Very disappointed in the customer service! Slow service and they dont care if the line is too long.. too much talking while working..

Someone needs to update their hours to reflect the correct hours. I was just there and the male attendant said " actually they... were last ones (people in front of us)...I'm closing" never been a coffee person...never buying Starbucks again...at least notthis one. Read more
