Even though the app and website said it closes at 9, they closed at 8. There were plenty of workers around playing with a... customers dog, and the cash register was still on, but they said they are closed for the night at 8. It usually isn?t a bigdeal, but we drove from across town to get a hot drink, and I wish they?d update their information to prevent another situationlike this happening. Read more

Only one new hire employee was working. My order took forever and was wrong!
The reason for the 3 stars is that sometimes they let one person by themselves working there. It gets busy then of course the... employee will start messing up orders. Today I ordered matcha latte but i got this instead and felt bad for the girl workingthere by herself. Read more
Worst service I?ve ever received from a Starbucks. The older Hispanic lady making drinks was beyond rude to my husband. We... ordered 2 drinks, simple with no changes to the original drinks. My husband asked for two sweetener packets so i could sweetenmy own tea. Annoyingly she grabbed two packets, opened them and poured them into my husbands coffee. My husband politely toldher he didn?t want the sweetener in his already sweetened coffee but that it was for the other drink. She snatched his coffeeup, tossed it into a sink, making it known that she wasn?t happy and remade his drink. We weren?t upset that she mistakenly putthem in the coffee bc mistakes happened but her attitude and body language made for a terrible awkward experience. I understandeveryone has bad days but unfortunately when in costumer service and dealing with the public you have to fake it till you makeit, even on the bad days.
