This review is only about the service. I was so upset that I decided not to eat here. My partner went to the restroom and told... me the code. Not realizing the restroom was outside, I went inside to ask what the code was so I could use the restroom before Iorder (which I was going to do), but she gave me a whole story about how each receipt has a bathroom code and it changes everytime it locks. When I located the restroom, I used the code my partner gave me and it worked without issue. I don't appreciatethe inconsistent story I was given versus when my partner walked into ask the same question as me and got a totally differentresponse. I love the food at the Habit. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered a Club sandwich and Ahi... Tuna. I ordered onion rings - they were over cooked. I complained, but no satisfaction, not even an "I'm sorry". Read more
Great food. Love the online ordering and curbside pickup. Super convenient. One gripe; very limited parking.

Don?t know what it is about this place, and it?s all habits. The food tastes great, the staff is pretty much friendly but, every... time I eat at a habit 8-10 hours later I get violently sick. Which is both a blessing and a disaster. Won?t go into detail. WillI eat at one again, more than likely as soon as the memory fades as to why I don?t. I got a gift card for the Habit so I got to try their food. I had one of their burgers with mushrooms and really enjoyed it.... Also had a shake that was okay but nothing to rave about. I would definitely try them again. Read more
First time trying a Habit burger. It was pretty good for fast food. I got the Santa Barbara Char. Double char with cheese &... avocado on grilled sourdough. It was fresh cheesy and the bread was very crispy. Definitely coming back to try other burgers! Read more
For being in ventura this establishment was very nice, clean, and the service was exceptional. I really really hate this area... and was prepared to be disappointed but the staff was friendly and helpful. Get burger joint. Read more
