I love this place the first time I did not now how to order the person at the counter explain the process and was very helpful.... I love their chicken plates my kids enjoy them to. Salads are great a little different for my taste but I enjoy them. Have comeback at the request of my kids. Of course I enjoy it to. Read more
I had the worst experience ever at this location . They have the worst customer service ever . I asked them to remake my order... because the chicken was very very chewy & hard & they had me waiting there until a manager was able to come to the restaurant. Ihad to take the food with me because I couldn?t continue waiting anymore . So sad that they rather lose a customer than toremake an order lol. Of course I won?t be coming back here ever again. Our order was ready for pick up when we arrived, the dumplings were tasty, and portions were generous.
the only reason i give a 2 star is because the food taste good but today i experienced the most rude cashier ever and her name... is Monzerate G. she seems like she's having a bad day or she's just rude as hell. just her taking my order makes me feelunwelcomed. will never come back to this place again until she's gone. Tonight we ordered online, went to pick it up at 7:08p.m. walked in, the girl inside immediately said "we're closed" according... to the website this location closes at 8p.m. but ok. After receiving our order and little more sass, drove home, opened it toonly have meat rice and broccoli in both our meals, where's all the other veggies it usually comes with? We tried the jalapeños&carrots, but man they tasted so bad threw em away. Meat was fatty. Kinda bummed overall. The rice was good ????. Read more
