I had the worst experience ever at this location . They have the worst customer service ever . I asked them to remake my order... because the chicken was very very chewy & hard & they had me waiting there until a manager was able to come to the restaurant. Ihad to take the food with me because I couldn?t continue waiting anymore . So sad that they rather lose a customer than toremake an order lol. Of course I won?t be coming back here ever again. the only reason i give a 2 star is because the food taste good but today i experienced the most rude cashier ever and her name... is Monzerate G. she seems like she's having a bad day or she's just rude as hell. just her taking my order makes me feelunwelcomed. will never come back to this place again until she's gone. Chicken is always dry. Atmosphere is not welcoming and restroom is always out of order. Visited this location several times... hoping to have a better experience. Never see a manager and wonder if there is one at all. Won't be returning to this locationany more. Read more

Tonight we ordered online, went to pick it up at 7:08p.m. walked in, the girl inside immediately said "we're closed" according... to the website this location closes at 8p.m. but ok. After receiving our order and little more sass, drove home, opened it toonly have meat rice and broccoli in both our meals, where's all the other veggies it usually comes with?
