Literally sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes after ordering in the drive-through to be told to go around and wait for my... food. I'm a truck driver, so I don't often get the opportunity to come to restaurants or stores. I was really excited to see that I... was at a Walmart that allows truck parking and has a Panda Express nearby. You can imagine my disappointment when I'm notallowed to order because I'm not driving a car. Truck drivers already get treated like second class citizens out on the road, soit feels like a real slap in the face when a business refuses to serve you like this. I almost regret that I downloaded the appand gave them my money anyway. Nine people or groups came to the door and walked away during the half hour I was waiting for myorder. After I got home and ate a couple pieces of my chicken I realized it looked pink. I went to the kitchen and cut it open and it... was raw!! We called the store to get a refund and they said that?s not how their system works. Offered us free food and said wearen?t the only ones who have called. Always super busy and takes a while to get your food. It?s still Panda food, which I?ve always loved so that?s worth... it. Unfortunately the last time we went, my boyfriend found 2, short, curly hairs in his Kung pao and that is just too hard toget past. We would have gone and politely asked for a new serving but the line was almost out the door and we waited too long toget food anyway.
