I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and bacon no pickles no tomatoes. I got a dry burger with extra pickles and tomatoes.

The chicken strips were fresh but the curly fries were rubbery and was not consumable. Have not eaten at a JiTb for over a year.... Will be that long again. Soooooo disappointed. you know there?s a problem if someone cannot eat their french fries. Read more
Slow service. No ice for drinks. Half of the soda selections were out. Trash cans over flowing. Employees just talking to each... other in stead of helping customers. I believe the Health Department needs to be contacted. Read more
Love this one. Always stop for a quick meal when driving home from Reno. Fast drive thru service.
