second time visiting location for falafel sandwiches. they ae really good there, the staff was super friendly.
I?ve been going to this Amir for 3 years now. The cashier?s attitude has always been arrogant and rude, and the prices are... different in person than on their website. A shish taouk plate is 16$, they charge extra for a little more garlic. 20$+ for anaverage plate of food is stupid, and I will stop coming here because it doesn?t look like the service will ever improve. The service attitude of the cashier was horrible, he kept rolling his eyes at me and sighed very rudely when I didn't catch what... he said. Food is average and not fresh. I don't know why a store like this hasn't closed yet, this is the most disrespectfulrestaurant I've ever seen. Paying it feels like you're stealing their money instead of giving them money. The staff's attitude is very rude, very biased in the way they treat customers. The guy in front of me who seems to often visit... was treated with respect. But at my turn they asked as if I committed a crime. The old staff also yelled at the new beginners.Overall a very bad experience. Read more
I went yesterday and the stuff's attitude was rude, does not care of dealing with customer in a good way. He did not even ask... which salad I would prefer just to finish the order quickly, although in other Amirs, they always give customers the choice toselect. Seems like asking a question is a huge crime. Hope to never get food from here. Never faced same situation in otherAmirs before. Read more

I went to Amir?s on Nun?s Island for the first time and I will not be returning. The service was horrible. The clerk was rude... and I felt like I was bothering him. For example, I asked for fries for part of the order and he sighed and said hold on I?ll gocheck if I have any ( none were cooked). Then I told him to forget about it. When it came to choosing my salads for myvegetarian plate It was a stressful guessing game; I asked for hummus he said :? that comes with it- pick something else?... Honestly, I don?t need this kind of rudeness to start my weekend. Perhaps he acted like this because no one else was in therestaurant, anyhow, I will spend my hard earned money somewhere where it will be appreciated. Read more
