Worse customer service. We ordered pizzas from the picture that were shown on their website and got completely opposite of what... the image showed, the staff/ assistant manager refused to fix the issue! Would never recommend this place, poor customerservice!! Read more

(Updated: 2021-07-20) After nine months I finally decided to have another pizza. I must say that this time I was pleased with... the service and the pizzas themselves. I received what I ordered and it was delicious. Also when I explained the situation withmy previous order, all those months ago, they were very understanding and accommodating. (Original Review) Not too impressedwith this Dominos. While the pizza was ok, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a large deluxe with extra cheese and extrapepperoni, got a large pepperoni and cheese instead. Not even sure there was extra cheese. I ordered it online and initiallythought I may have made a mistake when selecting my pizza, but when I checked my receipt it showed I had selected a deluxe. Ididn't have time to go back to complain as I was working from home and was too busy. Also I don't know who was cutting thepizzas but they must not take too much pride in their job. Both pizzas that were ordered had a mixture of very large and narrowslices. On the second pizza, one slice was nearly the size of half the pizza, while another slice was nothing but a 1 or 2 cmsliver. Cutting pizzas into 4 or 8 approximately equal sizes isn't that difficult. Unfortunately the pizza here doesn?t taste as what domino?s Pizza really taste like. I have been customer with dominoes for the... last six years. I haven?t had a pizza where the tomato sauce taste unpleasant. It?s like they have added something or forget toput something but it really taste not good. I have asked them if they have different type of tomato red sauce. But it was theonly one. Also the cheese. Domino?s Pizza is well known for its good cheese, and here it?s far from being good. I orderedmultiple times in hope to see something changed but unfortunately it?s still the same. However the drivers are fast and goodcustomer service. We've been ordering from this place for a few years now and recently visited a few times as well. Great place. While it's a very... convenient option for pizza delivery on the island I'd also recommend dining in as well since you get a fresher(!!) and hotpizza right out of the oven. The seating capacity is decent with a few tables outside as well. One thing they can improve is tohave an option of vegan cheese as well. The staff is great and very good service. There's plaza parking which is available inplenty. Great place for a late night binge as well!! Definitely recommended. Read more
