The service was very good and friendly. The food and chips I had were average to above average. I had one michelada to drink and... it was below average. It's beer, tomato juice, and spices on ice. It looked like an orange crush and tasted like soda wasadded. I wish I would have ordered a margarita instead. The atmosphere was just okay. All that said, I recommend Fiesta Cancunand would go back. We had waited on hold for over 20 minutes. While listening to conversations of the workers blatantly ignoring us. Hung up tried... calling multiple times after that no answer and then called a few minutes later. We told them how rude it was listening to themtalk about cigarettes instead of taking our order. Then they continued to be rude while not even acknowledging what I said orwhat they did. Over all irritated and it is so unprofessional. Love the food here but service is going down the drain. We have dinner here about once a month. The staff is always very friendly. The service is fast but not rushed. The Veggie... Fajitas are my favorite! Daily drink and food specials are always on point. The bar area is a nice place to come watch a gameor catch up with friends, but never disrupting to dinner with the family. Read more

The first time visiting this restaurant was excellent. We had great service and the fajitas were the best. A week later we... visited again and the food was horrible. Looks like they cooked the fajitas with water to try to speed it up. They also made usfeel really uncomfortable as the guy at the bar was playing on his phone and staring at us the whole time. We gave it a fewweeks, than came back again hoping that we would have the same experience that we had during the first visit. This time therestaurant was dirty and we had trash under our table. The fajitas were undercooked (not raw). The chips were really hard andunsalted. It was also really cold in the restaurant and the thermostat read 65 degrees. Please, please, please, come here hungry. ?The portions... are a perfect size. ?The best yet is fast seating, fast and courteous servers. ?Your drink will stay full and so will the salsa w/ chips. The people who run this place should be ashamed of the horrible quality of their food. Frozen beef strips with no seasoning is... not carne asada. Salsa had no flavor and the ice in their drinks have a funny taste. Read more
