I'm hoping someone from management sees this.... I was there on Friday night. I spent $42 on food for my family. There's was... only 1 worker there. He took the order, made the food,got my drinks,and took my money. That kid needs a raise for working byhimself at night! Shame on you guys for allowing that to happen. Read more
It was very clean, but the floor was wet and soapy. Although there was a wet floor sign it just felt a little to wet for during... hours. The food was good and the service was fast. Yet they should have the scanners take paper money so the line is not aslong. Read more
If there was a way of giving a negative review, tonight's visit deserves it 100%! Order #933206 and we ordered $82 for several... people! We had a mix and match of items as well as a Taco Party Pack! We received every item that we ordered expect the FULLParty Pack and we only received 2 soft tacos of the 12 soft we requested! Upon noticing this issue, we tried calling themseveral times to try and let them know we didn't get all of the tacos we ordered! It didn't even come in the box they usuallycome in! They did not pick up until the final time and they answered, then hung up right away! We then sent someone to go getthe remaining 10 tacos we ordered! When they got there they informed the lady that answered the window by showing her the emailconfirmation for the order, she was the older of the 2 employees working this shift! She then proceeded to check 2 differentcomputers and then ended up closing the window and walked away for about 2-3 mins! She then returned to the window and proceededto tell them they made the entire order and was not wanting to even discuss that she was blatently lying about the issue athand! Why would we complain about 10 tacos unless it was true, since we spent $82?! She then proceeded to say if they have anissue with it to call the 800 number and discuss it with them! I have no idea who the 2 ladies that were working but due tothis issue and extreme unprofessionalism, we will no longer give this TB our business and will go to either the Oak Point Rdstore or Amherst! -5 Star Review in my opinion! Customer service is trash .ordered food and the chic didn't know what to do when I asked for a soft taco with just cheese and... tomato. Tried to explain I have an autistic sensory child and she decided to say well he's weird. Took all i had not to get mymoney back and tell her she was straight trash!!!!!! Absolutely trash. Literally disgusts me. I buy a meal from you and get all refried beans no beef. Your nachos had speckles of... beef. You should be ashamed and there is a reason why your business sucks. Won't be returning. Over 20 dollars for tortillawraps and stale chips. Read more
Best taco bell I've been to. It's connected to a gas station and a dunkin donuts. So you can get everything you need for a meal... all in one place. It's always clean inside. Staff is always super friendly. Service is always fast. Pretty much never get amessed up order. And on the off chance it does happen, they fix the problem quickly and efficiently. If you are craving sometaco bell and are in the area, I definitely can't recommend this one enough. Always hits the spot. Read more
If I could give them zero stars I would. The countless times we have come to this location and I have looked the other way after... they forget stuff or give us the wrong order has finally hit the end point. I'll never go here again. I'd rather drive 20minutes to Amherst just to get my food. The food is always nasty, they don't give you the correct items. You get to the speakerand they say hold on for 15 minutes then they finally take the order. It's just nasty and the worst. When I was a bit younger Iworked for taco bell and my managers would have fired me on the spot if my quality of work looked like this. Honestly I use toget paid $7.45 an hour to work therr as a kid abd nowadays they get a lot more and there shouldn't be an issue. I would havenever complained because I try to see the best in people and understand not every night is a good night but for the last 3 yearsit's been awful. yuck! Read more
Ordered there three times the first two they messed up or forgot something and I didn?t say anything cause I get fast food isn?t... the best place to work but this last time I order two steak quesoritos and they don?t even come with the quesadilla on theoutside. Fix your staff. Read more
