You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Literally everything is perfection! The staff is extremely friendly and... knowledgeable. Don't come for a quick bite, this is an experience. Delightful spot with fabulous wines. Couldn?t have a kinder and more knowledgeable owner/bar tender/host (he does it all!).... Beautiful space. We?ll come back for the food - we walked in without a reservation and they were fully booked for the night -but we enjoyed wine at the bar. Everything looked delicious. Read more

Absolutely NEVER a bad experience or bad meal. Gourmet cuisine designed for the pallet of a connoisseur, but a relaxed and... casual atmosphere that welcomes both the aristocrat and local regulars. Perfectly designed, on purpose, to bring fine dining toall without classification. Whether it?s your first time, or your 20th time, the owners and staff make you feel welcome andabsolutely at home. My wife and friends were walking through Vermilion and decided to stop into the Wine Vault. It was the best decision we ever... made while in Vermilion! The bar is cozy and surprisingly quiet given the place was packed. The bartender and owner, Josh, wasfriendly and took very good care of our party. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! I would not have expected this caliberof food in a wine bar and the price was very reasonable. Can?t wait to visit again! Read more
With the only exception being a gluten intolerance situation.. The entire experience was great! Josh helped personalize our... visit by hand picking a "wine flight" for me. My steak, scallops and risotto were cooked to perfection. The mini cheesecakedessert was like a creamy piece of heaven in the center. A great mother's day celebration. Read more
The food is absolutely fantastic, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend coming here. There are a few caveats; being... both the price of items, and the "cramped" feeling when dining inside. The food is great! The asking price for items seems about30% over what they should be for the dishes served. I would still eat here, but just be aware. The confined space for couplesdining is a little ding for the atmosphere. You really are just jammed in there.
