The selection was minimal, so I opt in for a burger but it wasn't very good and definitely not for the price. Due to COVID the... wait to get food was 45 min outside, and 2 hours for the line up for gondola in the morning. Not a great experience. Read more

Not sure if it was due to covid, but the selection was minimal... pizza, poutine, burgers and hot dogs, couple prepackaged ham... sandwiches and that's pretty much it... the coffee was undrinkable. Also the wait was terrible especially that the place wasn'tso busy.. should have gone to the burger grill downstairs. Once we were up there it was nice, but since it occupies 2nd and 3rdfloors, its not easy to navigate all the stairs with ski boots on.. lots of ppl slipping down the stairs. Read more

Hotel had high occupancy and the Lounge was serving only hotel guests. I was quite okay and understanding of this and the... hostess told me I can go to the Alpine Social downstairs to get a table as I was not a hotel guest. So I went down with myfamily if 5 and asked for a table. The hostess at Alpine Social was super helpful and was getting a table together for us untilthe manager shows up and ask whether we were hotel guests. I was honest and said no and then he rescinded the table offer, ignoring the fact that his own staff told us that we could get a table. I had a good look inside the restaurant and there wereonly two tables sitting. Again, I really don't have an issue with the hotel policy of ensuring their guests have access toon-site restaurant s. However when it's own staff makes a mistake and sends me to another place, they should own up to theirmistake and in this case I felt we should have been seated. 15 minutes were wasted in this case. Fairmont needs to enhancecommunication about their policies with their staff. Read more

Nice to be served when you?re wiped out from a few hours on the hill. The food was mediocre and the service was fine. The menu... is limited and very overpriced - but that?s to be expected on a ski hill. Our lunch bill for two people before tip was $75. Read more

Quality food. Prices are comparable to other ski resorts, a bit steep but good portions.

Small restaurant on the third floor of the main building at the village. The food is much better than the cafeteria but often... requires a wait during the weekend. I recommend the pizza, it was piping hot (fresh from the oven) and the crush had sprinklesof salt for additional flavouring. Read more
