Rude girl with an attitude doing headset 6/18/22 at 5:45pm. You should strive for great customer service and consistency. Not... rude attitude because she couldn?t hear. We were going to pull up to the window to place our order because she couldn?t heareven when we were practically hanging out the window to talk. Kept trying to order a slim 2. She kept asking about cheese? itdoesn?t come with cheese and jimmy johns doesn?t allow customization of slims. She kept insisting we tell her what kind ofcheese we wanted. Always a good location to pick up the friendly service

Our Jimmy Johns is better than your Jimmy Johns. Honestly Vermillion's JJs is the best I've eaten at. They are so friendly and... sandwiches are always delicious. You know what you're going to get and delivery is so fast. Keep up the great work guys! Read more
They place has been amazing during the pandemic. The food is always fresh and they are always fast on delivery. Just a knock on... the door and by the time you answer it, they have placed your order on the ground and are standing 6 or so feet away. Highlyrecommended! Read more
Great service, fast and friendly. Food was wonderful. Atmosphere was relaxing. My Son had dropped his wallet on the floor and... fortunately another customer noticed it on his way out and was kind enough to find out who it belonged to. Will be back Read more
I, along with five others who ate there that day, now have food poisoning consisting of violent liquid diarrhea and profuse... vomiting. The staff was snotty, and when I emailed Jimmy John's to talk about my experience, they questioned me about how/when Iate my sandwich (which was immediately in store) and didn't even ask me how I was feeling.
