The system crashed while we were in line. They allowed us to sit down and eat while it was getting fixed and came and got us to... pay. I feel like they handled this obstacle well. My first time ever at Cafe Rio. Service lacked quite a bit to be desired. The food was fantastic. ???? I ordered the fire... roasted chicken tacos. On the board it comes with 2 tacos and beans and rice. She asked how many? I said I thought it came with2? They never got my ri e and beans I had to ask for those. The atmosphere was stuffy, not very fun or lively. Other patronswouldn't help when I looked or sounded like I was confused. I've been New to many places and usually when in line others willconversate with you about the menu. I loved the food but don't want to ever come back to this location again. Incredibly poor service (mobile app pickup order). My receipt was correct, but the order had several errors. I had asked for... (and the reciept confirmed) no lettuce and adding lime and salsa fresca. I had plenty of lettuce and no salsa fresca or lime.The cheese and pico were at least on the side as ordered. I also was there ahead of the promised time and my food was clearlymade too early as the sauce had starting separating and looked unappealing and the food wasn't warm at all. (I only live 5 min.away and my car was plenty warm as it is summer.) Cafe Rio (in my general experience) is always not great at getting orderscorrect when they are busy. However, they weren't busy when I went in for my pickup. Seems they did my order early so theywouldn't be behind later during their dinner rush. Fine. But there is no excuse to get any part of it wrong at that point. Read more
They're a basic fast food, but with better quality than some. If you've been to other Café Rio, there are no surprises. If you... haven't, expect a more authentic menu than Taco Bell. Theyre also good about substitutions and add-ons. This crew isn't thefastest I've seen but for a small town, they're great. Good customer service too. Read more
My wife and I like to come here often. The staff are always nice and friendly. The food is great as well!
