I loved Pizza Hut until about guessing 8 months ago. I ordered a thin crispy pepperoni and cheese with light sauce. I got a... gallon or sauce no peperoni and it was on the crust with no pepperoni in the middle. I swore I'd never order another howevertonight I decided to try one more time. I ordered another tonight and it had no pepperoni and what it did have was on theoutside with none in the middle 2/3. They are also out of bread sticks , wings and other things. The pizza hut in Vernal is wonderful. I ordered the big box with 2 med 2 topping pizza, the bread sticks and the buffalo wings.... We had so much left over we ate it the next day. Hot pizza and eight on time. Read more
I only gave 1 star because, my complaint about this is I had the worst experience ever. I made an order online for one of their... deals they have. After I submitted it they called me and told me they were out of thin crust. I told them I will take paninstead of thin. They charged me an extra dollar. But I let that go even though I was a bit irritated over that. Then I toldthem I wanted it well done including my breadsticks. I pick up my order and took it to work for my co workers and I to have forour lunch. When we opened the box the pizza was burnt including the sauce on the pizza. I am talking black. So I called andasked if I can just get a credit for next time as for them to take my name and for the next time I decided to give Pizza Hutanother chance we will have a free pizza and breadsticks. They asked me to bring in the pizza and they can remake it. I toldthem I am back at work and its hard for us to leave because how busy we are. They told me that can't help me unless I bring themback my order. By than I was super upset with them. My boss told me to just hurry and take it back to them. When I arrived Ishowed them how burnt my order is and I need my money back since I don't have the time to sit and wait for them to re make themistake they did. This wasn't the only time I have had a bad experience with the Vernal Pizza Hut. I have given this placechance after chance. Read more

Used to get delivery from "another place" because it was closer but the food & service were terrible so I started ordering at... Pizza Hut. I kick myself for not doing so earlier. Their food is great, always hot & fresh, and the drivers are on time &friendly. This is definitely my go to pizza delivery from now on. Read more
