Every trip here is a disappointment ,The remodel didn't help this place is still TERRIBLE the food is still always cold and... almost never right, I would say to do better Jack's but as time goes on it's obvious you cannot or just will not try to bebetter. I know it's easy to stay at the bottom but you should at least try not to be the worst in town. Read more
I have never been a fan of, Jack's, but man was I missing out! Absolute best 'plain' hamburgers you can get. The fried chicken... is really tasty but not with overseasoning, but with it having a more homemade taste. I an sad that I missed out a a kid, but Ian definitely catching up. Read more
We ate breakfast at Jack's in Vernon, AL. The restaurant has been newly remodeled and looks good on the outside (except for the... parking lot) but the inside was filthy. There were flies inside the ice cream freezer. We had a hard time finding a table thatwas decent enough for us to sit at. The bathroom was dirty and the urinal was stopped up. The lady that took our order was notat all friendly and acted as if she hated her job. Very disappointed and will not be back until we hear that changes have beenmade. Read more
We called and ordered chicken for a family Union and they had the chicken fingers ready when we got there. They were delicious.
The big jack was barely warm and the fries were cold.
The cook in the back, tall gentleman dark-skinned. I believe his name was Brad did a very good job on the pairing my order... making sure everything was right and made the proper way. He notice my concerns when I talked to the cashier. Thank you sir. Read more
Well, wife want some fried chicken. She was going to order a 20 piece with sides so she was going to call ahead and pick up... through the drive thru but there is not a single employee employed at Jack's that can pick up the phone. We tried for 30minutes, she would call then I would. Oh well, took my business somewhere else. Read more
