Ordered a few kids meal from here. Pasta with Alfredo sauce was cold, one of them even had a piece of chicken accidentally mixed... in it. Fries and pizzas were alright, garden salad nice and fresh, other stuff pretty standard. Read more

I am SHOCKED that this restaurant has an average of 4/5 stars, as in my opinion the restaurant is MEDIOCRE at best. We called... early in the day to make reservations for a large group. Despite receiving confirmation in advance, when we arrived, staff couldnot locate the reservation in their reservation book. I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs with Bolognese sauce. It wasAWFUL. When the dish came out, the plate was full of cold spaghetti, oily tomato sauce, three meatballs partially burned withcharcoal on them, and it came with an excessive amount of processed cheddar cheese. There was NO mention of cheddar cheese onthe menu. I informed the server about this poor dish when asked how I liked it. The server herself agreed the dish did not lookappetizing at all. She did offer to bring me a replacement serving of the same. The customer service was HORRENDOUS. I thenkindly asked the server to take the dish away, paid the full price for it, and left vowing to never return to any Boston PizzaEVER!!! I hope this location considers my feedback and makes the necessary improvements, otherwise I am certain the this“casual dining restaurant” will not be around for much longer. Read more
I tried their Soup Special of the Day, Spicy Chicken Gumbo & their spicy perogie pizza. The soup was delicious & as far as... spicy goes for the pizza, it gets my solid approval. I absolutely love spicy things & this pizza delivered without any reason toadd more spicy condiments on. Which is something I typically do when eating out. The restaurant seemed busy & service was slow,but seemed they did the best they could under the circumstances; in truth, EVERYONE is short staffed. The waitress was veryapologetic for the slower service & had a positive happy demeanor overall. I didn't mind the slower service as I was with family& it was a lovely visiting regardless of the wait. I know that BP will be more prepared as time goes on. I'll be back for sure! Read more
Boston Pizza makes the absolutely best French Onion soup ever, rich in taste, thick in baked cheese. I also ordered a side of... Casar ???? & was happy with its size, taste, real bacon ???? bits, & parmesan cheese, with ???? It was a great quick stop for adelicious lunch! Read more
