Disappointing experience. I think we waited at the door for 4 minutes before someone finally got to us. The food was mediocre -... it's definitely microwaved. The plate was burning. The server brought us an extra drink we didn't ask for and then asked us topay for it. There's better options. Read more
Our experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend eating here. We were not greeted by anyone right at arrival, and we... finally flagged down an employee who never came back to help us. Another employee finally sat us down at a table with a tablesurface that was just cleaned and not even dried yet. We were not offered kids menus for our kids. The server was friendly,but was always in a rush. We tried to order certain menu items, but they were not available. They also forgot to bring twofood items that came with your meal, and then only had one item in stock once I had to remind them of the missing items. Theythen offered to comp our drinks because of this omission, and then didn't even live up to that promise as they charged us fullprice for our soft drinks. When I brought this to their attention, they didn't offer to do anything about it and gave ahalf-hearted apology. They just seemed rushed and didn't seem to really care, so service and food options were verydisappointing. I recommend to go elsewhere. Read more
The waitress said that the wings were fantastic, so I bought $96 worth for myself and my staff. We ordered different flavours,... but they all tasted the same and they were all dry. When we said something about it, the waitress said that she would have totalk to the kitchen about it. She never came back. As a person that eats at restaurants a lot, I will never go there again.
