Partner ordered a medium cheese and medium pepperoni, pepperoni was fine but the cheese pizza was not. Majority of the cheese... was black completely burnt barley any sauce on the pizza which could have made the burnt cheese a little bit better so the wholepizza was extremely dry. Sorry but I'm exceedingly disappointed in the food in Vernon and how clearly everything tastes like a bland nothing. This wasn't... a donair and certainly not tzaziki sauce. I think all these restaurants need to go travel and actually taste what this all issupposed to actually taste like and learn how to cook what they are serving you. It is very disappointing and all it would takeis to actually go to authentic places that serve the real deal and learn from that. I feel most of these restatement need totravel to taste the real deal and learn how to actually make what they are serving. We should aspire to serve authentic goodtasting food that one would take pleasure in paying for. Sadly this was anything but authentic and the recipe needs to change.It would be great having real Tzaziki sauce to begin with and to experience eating a real Turkish donair. It's not about thesaltiness it's about the taste and making it taste like an authentic Turkish donair. This just tasted like veggies in a pita,nothing you can't do at home. Let's talk about the dough, it's chewy, not greasy and isn't overpowering the rest of the pie. The custom pizza's are... delicious and all the gluten free and dairy free options are a great! Staff is attentive and are always great to dealwith. Take a chance on the burger pizza, it's an absolute must try. Read more
Maybe I hit it on a bad night because there are so many positive reviews on here but it was brutal . Way overcooked , all the... toppings fell off and it was stiff as a board . It tasted just like those old McCain pizzas you would throw in the oven when yougot home from a long night of drinking . Oh?..and it was $50 for 2 x medium. Absolutely brutal. Read more
I order Farmhouse every once in a while as a treat. Other than Boston Pizza, this is the most expensive pizza place in town.... Note a Create Your Own large 3 topping pizza will run you 36 bucks after tax and tip. The various sauces are great and toppingsare generous. Pizzas are all thin crust. I've been ordering from here for over 15 years. Change of ownership has not impactedthe flavour. I have had their falafel donairs a couple times. Solid taste. I recommend this place. My one recommendation: Runmore significant discounts/promotions on pizzas. Ten years ago there was a Wacky Wednesday promotion for 2 large 2 toppingpizzas for 25 bucks.
