Long johns has the best pub, burger and onion rings on the hill. I've been hitting up long johns for years since doing xc ski... camps at silverstar. The food, service and beer has always been above expectation. Had the chicken Caesar wrap on special and itwas excellent not too overly sauced and an awesome amount of lettuce, the gravy with the fries was a game changer. Incredible french fries + sweet potato fries. I liked the crispy thai salad and my kids enjoyed their burgers. :)
Pricing is reasonable compared to other options on the hill - got a pick up order here. The steak meal is great value but they... cooked the steak incorrectly for the order. And sorry, but a poutine should NEVER have shredded marbled cheese in place ofcurds, and still be called a poutine. Just sell a side of gravy instead or tell your customers what cheese you use if it?s nottrue to form. Read more

Amazing variety of lunch and dinner options. Ate there 3 times in 3 days, all great dishes! Besides daily sandwich and soup... options, recommend pulled pork Quesadilla and baked Mack and cheese!! Read more

My daughter went to a ski camp at Silver Star that was catered by Long John's Pub over multiple days. Because she has celiac and... cannot eat gluten she and I were nervous about how things would go. She had the best dine-out experience she has ever had Thestaff were professional, friendly and kind to her. They greeted her each meal and brought her a separate plate. The staff gaveher confidence that her food was safe. They also provided the best GF meals she has ever had. Big, substantive and healthy foran active teenager. I cannot thank the staff enough. They were also kind to me when I called in advance. I highly recommend thispub! Read more
