We ordered a birthday cake Cookie Dough Drizzle recently from their web site and picked up in store two days later. The cake was... delicious, with actual Oreo cookies and cookie dough. It is a good value for the amount of desert. We appreciated the customerservice - received confirmation e-mail when cake was ready for pick up. Read more

The ice cream is delicious but the costumer service and dinning experience were not so great. I felt super uncomfortable sitting... in the shop because my seat was covered in melted ice cream and the floor was sticky and dirty. Also I don't understand whythere are inexperienced 12 year olds scooping ice cream then dropping some of it on the counter and floor wile charging meregular price for half melted and some what wasted ice cream. Hoping, next time the employees will be more responsible andefficient, offering there customers a better and cleaner dinning experience. Read more
