If could select no stars, I would. This location is terrible for their food and service nearly every time. Yesterday, I was... the 2nd car ordering in an otherwise empty drive thru. I order two adult meals as they come and a happy meal. Nothing crazy ordifficult about it. When I got to the pay window I was greeted by the what seems to be usual silence and unhappy face with anarm extending the debit machine for payment. I pay and drive to the next window where I'm given our drinks. I ask for a tray asthere is three of them. I'm handed my son's happy meal and told my payment didn't go through. I pay again and ask for theincomplete payment receipt and am given the approved one followed by individual drinks again, so I ask for a drink tray a secondtime. Next I'm told to drive ahead park which is so common here. So I do. There is one car already waiting. The car behind mefollows and does the same, followed by the three after that. One person comes out and gives food to the 1st waiting car.Another to another car. Then the next comes towards my car but gives the order to the 4th car out. I mentioned that we were thefirst car through and these orders are all being given out first. This lady was nice and reassured me she would check andbrought my order out next. I guess luckily? my order was actually correct this time, but with undercooked limp fries. Thereisn't one other drive through that I'm ever asked to drive thru and park. This store is pretty consistent with that. In thefuture we will go to elsewhere. There is nothing very good to say about the food or service here and the atmosphere appears tobe miserable as no one is ever happy or smiling. Read more
This McDonalds is the absolute worst when it comes to breakfast. Have gone countless amount of times and ordered simple things... and STILL they get it wrong. How do you forget an egg in a BREAKFAST sandwich? The staff were very rude when I came inside andtold them they messed my order up.. management needs to get there ducks in a row. If i could give a 0 rating i would! Read more

My order number was cleared off the screen. This made inquire whether my food was stolen or if I still had to wait. The rep... informed me it was coming. I inquired as to why the order # left the screen. She informed me it was due to clearing the order tohit their timers. Which made me realise they are cheating the time system and clearing just to hit the correct timing and fooleveryone including head office. This review will not be changed until I see this practice abolished. I've also wrote McDonaldsCanada pointing out this trickery. I'll be looking for this trick now and send a report every time it happens. Read more

So much fun. It's echoey and the old people tend to get kranky about it. But if they just turn off their hearing aids it's all... good. Love it. The staff friendly amd helpful. Read more

Updating my review and dropping stars. I work night shift, so I understand it sucks to be up late. But advertising 24 hour... service and then having your drive thru blocked off at night is not a cool move. Read more

Stopped here on my drive back to alberta. Customer service- slow and rude employees. Garbage in the hall inside. It also smelled... bad, printer didnt print my order reciept and there were flies everywhere. When I spoke to the older gentleman employee to askif my order went through, he rudely responded saying the order was coming and dismissed me before I could even finish mysentence. Unbelievably poor customer service. Read more

The 5 stars are for Chris. A shorter, older man with glasses and one of their best employees! Very friendly and helpful! The... only constructive criticism i have is the men's washroom needs a good cleaning / disinfection. If the ladies washroom isanything like the men's I also recommend a good cleaning / disinfection. Also several flies noted in the restaurant during ourlast visit but nothing that cannot be improved upon. Read more
