Great spirits, back for our second tasting and the bar shelve is filling up with delicious spirits from Okanagan. Friendly... knowledgeable staff and very cool tasting room. Next time were booking one of the distillery tour and tasting package. A highrecommendation for spirit lovers!!! My husband and I did the Whisky Experience in Vernon and it was fantastic. Andrew, our guide, was very friendly and... knowledgeable, I especially enjoyed his stories of how the distillery is part of an interconnected web of wineries and farms inthe area. After the tour and tasting we tried some of the liqueurs and brandies too and he told us all about how they're made,where the distillery gets the fruit, and how the weather affects which products they have to offer. I would recommend this tourand tasting to anyone with the least interest in whisky! Even if you don't end up liking whisky very much you'll still have agood time and learn a lot. Read more
The Distillery is a very nice local addition to the wineries especially if you not a wine person. This place has really... flavorful section of liquor. Highly recommend to try haskap liqueur and the bourbon cherries are delish. Try for yourself! Read more
Great little distillery, with a super cool tasting bar, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The distillery caries all sorts... of spirits, whiskey, gin, vodka, liqueurs all from as local as possible sources, oh did I mention an award winning Absinthe! Thecopper stills themselves are works of art, and the vibe there is welcoming , a must do in Vernon! Update 2022: this local gem,donated the best hand sanitizer to local organizations during the pandemic. They are still up and brewing, check them out! Read more
This place is the best. I’m telling you… Amazing set up, and the employees (I talked to Andrew— wicked fellow) here are so... passionate and dedicated to their craft. Long review warning! My partner and I visited last month while in BC visiting family. I am so glad we came here and it is... definitely on my return list! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and most of all, proud of their product! Inside isabsolutely gorgeous, I loved all of the wood work and copper stills. We tasted several products and were so impressed that weordered a bunch to bring home with us. Fortunately they ship across Canada and we were able to arrange for our product to beshipped a couple of weeks after we visited so we could be sure that we were home (in Ottawa). Our request was followed perfectlyand I received a shipping confirmation on the agreed date. The shipment arrived early and everything was extremely well packed.I absolutely will not hesitate to order from them again in the future. If you are a fan of Speyside Single Malts, try out theLaird of Fintry Blue Label. I hope to someday win the lottery so I can purchase the Gold Label! Their Evolve Gin is absolutelybeautiful and delicious. Aquavit is certainly something to try if you've never had it before. I could see this being somethingpopular with fans of anise, especially if you find absinthe too much to handle. The Aquavit is a very nice compromise. Can'twait to come back!
