Post covid service in any restaurant is lacking to say the least. But in this particular location it's probably above average.... Our server forgot to bring a couple of the drinks to the table and our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive. Once at thetable the food was devoured quickly as it was so good! Not sure if this was because we were starving when we came in or the foodis really that good. Either way we left happy customers. I do recommend eating here if you're so inclined. Read more

This was the first time I had dinned in since Covid started at any restaurant. It was nice to sit in and eat and just relax. We... both got burgers and they were amazing! We ate them completely. My only complaint was the server, she only checked on us onceand never filled our water, even when I tried to get her attention we were ignored. Kind of disappointing because the food wasso good I put it at 4/5, but if it was based on her service it would be a 1/5. Read more

What to say here, it's a Red Robin. This particular location is decent, the interior is spacious, and boasts some cool retro... neon signage that gives hints of an old timey diner. The staff were attentive during my visit, I didn't have to wait long forservice, and drink delivery (refills are bottomless there) was quick and perfectly timed. All in all, a good time. Depending onwhat you're looking for, I'd say go for it! The value of food for dollar is palatable, no complaints there. If you're in forburgers and fries, you could definitely do much worse than here. Read more

Great place to dine with a group! This is a busy place and understaffed, make sure to book a table ahead of time, especially if... you have a group of 6 or more. Our family from Germany loved the place and the authentic delicious Canadian cuisine! Addy wasour fabulous waitress, she was fast, friendly and professional. Read more

As a vegetarian, Red Robin is the best place for having a significant number of veggie burger options. My sister and I find it... really easy to sub it for veggie patties as well as having veggie burgers. They also have the spiciest burgers in Vernon too.Burnin Love Burger and the new spicy one are our favorites. Whether it's dining in or ordering delivery, the quality isconsistent. The rest of the menu is hit or miss, but the gourmet burgers and milkshakes stand out. I'll order from here thenext time I want a spicy burger. Read more

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday for a first time visit. The opening time on the website was different than what was posted on... the door as they were opening an hour later due to covid. Came back 5 mins before opening and there was a lineup. Obviously agood sign. Service was efficient, milkshakes came out first. They were large enough to feed 2 adults or 3 children (why notcharge way less and make the portion the size of the serving glass only?). I really didn?t feel like a shake but had to help soit wouldn?t be wasted. We ordered 3 burgers: the guacamole bacon, monster burger and a burning love burger. I was disappointedin my guacamole burger as there wasn?t much guacamole on it. I lifted the lid to check if there was even any and only saw a thinsmear of it. The buns were also just ordinary and nothing special. The burgers came with your choice of a side or you couldupgrade for an additional fee. If you got the fries they were bottomless? not sure why you would need this option. All in all itwas an expensive lunch (2 shakes and 3 burgers) over $70. I didn?t feel that the burgers were worth the price they charged.Remove the bottomless fries and lower the price. Read more

We love Red Robin. We were extremely upset when they pulled every location from our province. Now we have to go to B.C. to get... their fantastic burgers. Read more
