only go if you want to wait in line/at the window for a minimum of 20 minutes. inexperienced staff and poor customer service... aswell. girl at the window tried to send us off without our drink and when we said we were missing and item she glared at us andthen said ?i?m crazy? before informing us we would have to wait another 5 minutes. our food was also not warmed up like weasked.do not recommend. very disappointed Read more

I use the App and mostly been to other locations numerous times without issue. Always thought the customer service to be great.... This was my first time using this location in Vernon, as i moved from Kelowna. I stopped inside because i planned to order a togo caraf for the office i was filling in for. Waited my turn then "Poppy" took my order, a macchiato and the caraf. She waspolite and friendly, quoted 10-15 minutes. It was 8:05 am and busy inside and drive-thru too, so i thought understandable. Atthe 20 minute mark i began to wonder why it was taking so long. As 25 minutes pass i tried getting attention of anyone working.Finally asked the same person about the caraf. She was almost surprised . She spoke to another employee, who asked me what kindof coffee, frustrated i answered "doesn't matter". She filled the caraf and gathered all the fixings. "Poppy" brought it to meand and apologized, clocking in at 31 minutes as i walked out really not impressed. Read more
I'm pretty upset about my experience today. Wasn't able to order online, even though once we arrived I saw they had online pick... up parking spaces. I assume they were closing early. Went in and ordered 2 Venti coffees, in +35 weather so both iced. Irecieved one hot coffee and one cold macciato, I mentioned i had wanted 2 cold coffees and the lady begrudgingly offered to makemy coffee cold. So I decided to wait. Recieved a second coffee, also wrong. The girl argued with me about having recieved my hotcoffee despite it not being what I wanted and handed me what I believe to be an iced dairy latte. Which was supposed to be nondairy (paid for oat milk and the mocha). After having them fight me on it and receive 2 wrong coffees I just left dissapointed Iwasted my time and money to not recieve the other 8$ coffee I had ordered. So of the 2 coffees I had originally ordered, mypartner recieved his and I just got 2 coffees that were wrong wrong wrong and I can't even really drink. Thank you so much. Mypartner being the only one who got the right coffee, drove to a separate location afterwards to end up with a fourth andhopefully finally correct one without all the extra stress. The gentleman at the counter was very polite but the short colourhaired girl was especially rude and the other just unfortunately incompetent. Read more

Went through the Drive thru Ordered special coffees and a Pup Cup . Love this Starbucks, never had a bad experience , and road... construction is finished. Yahoo Soon to be finished a beautiful park area across the street too . Read more
The Starbucks and location was clean and tidy and the lineup took no time at all to get through. My coffee arrived hot and fresh... and they put the perfect amount of cream and sugar in it. the barista took great care in making sure that i had everything Ineeded. I would recommend this location if you are in Vernon because you will not be let down as this new location is at the topof its game. Read more
While the drive thru line was long, there wasn't much of a wait for drinks. The barista that took our order was clear and... concise. The barista at the window was lovely as well. Livia was her name and I'm so happy she served us. She made lightconversation while we waited for our drinks and I left feeling light hearted and happy. The drinks were delish. Read more
