Brutal. Our waitress had zero interest that we were there. Took our drink order, missed drinks, and 20 minutes later, hollered... at us from across the room to ask if we were ordering food. Forgot items, didnt take orders properly and cared more aboutflirting and socializing with the other customers then to do her job. We had to get our own napkins and cutlery when our foodcame. However, the lady who brought out our food offered more assistance than our actual waitress. The service sucked and thefood was lack luster. Read more

Great food. Really clean updated restrooms. Only reason it's not 5? was food took over an hour but as in most estabishments now,... there were only 2 servers and I'm sure the kitchen was slammed. Well done ladies. Read more
The whole town was slammed with the car show but the hostess managed to get us a table (2) and our grandchildren were able to... join us. AND the food was fantastic great kids menu and a to die for Ceasar salad. We will be back for sure and we hope youradditional seating is done soon. Read more
We heard the Kal had great food so we thought we would give it a try and it did not disappoint. We arrive around lunch time and... the place was packed. All the food we saw being consumed at the other tables looked really good. Our waitress was great,friendly, attentive and efficient. We thought we would try the pizza as so far have not found a good one in Vernon. It was thehouse special minus the beef and it was delicious the large was huge for two people and reasonably price. We could only eattwo pieces each as each slice loaded with toppings and a good amount of cheese. Best pizza so far we have had in Vernon and theydo take out so definitely will be out place to Oder from in the future. They recently added a family section and offer a greatkids menu. The Kal is a popular downtown pub and I can see why. Great atmosphere, staff, top notch cook, tasty food and goodprices so give it a try. Read more
It's my first at the kal in a couple of years. I was very pleasantly surprised given their frequent closures. We went there for... dinner. Their nachos and pizza are very underrated. My girlfriend and I shared a small pizza and regular nachos after a day atthe beach. It really hit the spot and was more than enough food for two hungry people. The Kal's kitchen in general is veryunderrated. They have hand sanitizer on every table and qr codes on every table for the menu. Our only suggestion is to listthe prices for everything and list non-alcoholic drinks. This bar is usually the core of Vernon nightlife for folks in theirearly 20s. Darts, ufc, deer game, etc. The only time it gets a bit much is if they have a band as it gets impossible to talkinside since the venue is a bit small for a band. Overall, an excellent sports bar in Vernon. Staff was friendly too and let usmove tables on the patio! Read more
Waitresses get their work done ????? Kitchen nailed it ???? We had fish tacos not in picture below because we ate them so fast!... They were so good ???? Nachos with guac and chicken. Yum Wings were ranch and BBQ mix very good mix. Always love going to thekal its a local classic. Read more
