This location has ample parking but is often very busy causing instore service time to be longer than 5minutes. Preference for... service is given to drive through traffic. Lots of seating inside. Read more

Friendly enough order taker. Reasonably short wait for order. Excellent Turkey Bacon sub. Not impressed with cilantro lime... Veggie Bowl nor the price; lettuce was small amount in huge pieces (certainly no where near bite size pieces), bruised and brownedges. I did wait and ask for more lettuce to replace substandard pieces but new pieces were basically the same. The overallflavor was satisfactory and the small amount and pieces of cucumber and tomato and crispy onion was nice addition to the meal.The corn and beans was also nice. Just too much rice to quinoa and vegetable amount. I would only order this again if the pricewas considerably lower and lettuce was fresh and not needing a knife to cut into proper eating size. They forgot to make my order i had to ask them after waiting around for 10 minutes. I can appreciate them being busy but how do... you forget when you litterly have a screen in front of you? I would suggest lowering your new hire to trained staff ratio. Ifeel that is the problem Read more

I asked for a chicken sandwich for my 4 yr old. No lettuce. They give me a chicken wrap with lettuce. I tell them they got it... wrong and they go "pick the lettuce off" i said "but we asked for a sandwich" she goes "it's just a wrap" I had to accept thatand they weren't willing to fix it because it's basically the same thing.. just not what I ordered. But hey....who cares right? Read more

My favourite Tim's location in Vernon. Drive thru is faster then any other location in town. And my order has never been... wrong! At other locations I often receive coffee instead of tea and cream instead of milk...my worst nightmare!! Read more

There was mold on the glass where food . Napkins and bags were kept. My orange juice was warm and tasted moldy. Employees had... noses sticking out of their masks. Kept pulling mask down. No toilet paper in women?s washroom. Took forever to be served. Overall gross. Read more
