Only care about drive thru..can wait forever watching staff run to serve drive thru. Stand in restraunt and wait while you do,... look around at the empty dirty tables...dont bother walking in they only care about the cars. Bottom line the timmys staff inour town are killing timmys. But paying min wage no one wants to work and making staff focus on drive thru to make ppl only usethat so they dont see what happens in store and how dirty it can be is smart if you close your doors and only do drivethru.orders will still be wrong. English is not native tounge for alot of ppl that work there. Truly you are better off makingbreakfast and coffee at home. I was one of the first ppl thru the door when opened. I live within a 2 min walk..and i now visitonce or twice a year and am let down every time. Oh we are out of that. As i watch 6 staff do drive thru 1 on till for store andno one cleaning anything. Sell your franchise to someone that might try harder Dan. Read more

The polar opposite of welcoming at the best of times. ie. UPDATE:::: The shift manager lied and tried to say that the police... told him not to serve me! (This is of course not true.) They apparently choose their customers based on superficial, andshallow values at this location. Read more

Horrible service. Waited in line for 20mins to order a coffee and a sandwhich. The girl at the counter could not understand my... order. I repeated myself 3 times until I inevitably gave up and just got a coffee. If you are able to avoid this location, Isuggest taking the time to go elsewhere. Read more

This Tim Hortons constantly messes up breakfast orders, after giving us the wrong coffee twice, and then giving us someone... else?s order.. whoever was working the window needs to get trained properly. Also be prepared to repeat your order. Learnt mylesson time after time going here and wont be again. Read more

Prepare to repeat your order at least twice and still get the wrong thing. If you get a sandwich it looks like they threw meat... at it from across the room. I recommend double checking they gave you the right thing in the drive thru before driving away toavoid disappointment. It would be cool if the staff could actually listen and learn how to put a lid on a cup . Just ONCE, I'dlike to leave with the correct order.. Read more

Approaching the door to the restaurant the sign said "Welcome" but it turned out to be an unlabeled exit only. Then waited at... the order counter with not one staff (6) acknowledging my presence, not even a smile or nod. Washroom was terrible - no toiletpaper, trash container out of its holder and trash on floor, a Sharps needle collection container had the access door open.Overall well below Tim Hortons standards. The service at Tim Horton's has gotten so bad the last few years. The people try to rush you through the drive-through at the... window. They shove stuff in your face. The workers speak to each other in another language when they should be doing customerservice. I find the workers to be rude because they speak to each other in a different language as your waiting. The donut Ireceived tonight was a few days old, it was disgusting and stale and I paid for that garbage. Hopefully, Jamie and Dan can pickup their customer service because right bad at the 27th and Walmart location. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would!! I ordered a large Americano with 1 cream thru the drive thru. I got home took a... sip.....it was nothing but hot water and milk...NO AMERICANO. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! I will never go back they mess up allthe time!! Read more
