Update: I went today, I ordered with the McDonald's app. They gave me the wrong item in the drive thru. I went back, the female... employee apologized, asked if I wanted to keep the wrong item, I said no thanks. She gave me the right item, added a free applepie, and apologized again, all while smiling. Thank you, and because of her I gave more stars. BTW, someone tell the rude maleemployee from the other day that McDonald's does have mochas. I originally gave 1 star because of the male employee who wasrude. I asked for a hot mocha and he replied with a bad tone..."we do have mochas." I left without ordering anything. The diningarea is small, and it was dark. The parking lot doesn't have a lot of spaces, and there is truck parking. Read more
I work down street on night shift and this place always a gamble...not sure if they are ganna close 2 hours early today or 4....... or just when ever they want.... hardly ever busy...and hardly get my order right....never has a workin ice cream machine....andnever get a straw... Read more
Avoid this McDonald's... Not worth your time and disappointment... Came to have a late lunch at this McDonald's on the corner of... Soto Street and 37th Street. There are chairs and cushioned seats on top of tables preventing customers from sitting down todine-in. The fountain drink machine is covered up. Fountain drinks are provided behind the counter. There are signs posted everywhere there are "No Refills", and apologize for the inconvenience. There is consistent water drops dripping above the cashregisters. Does not look good for business. My order of medium fries were soggy not crisp. I did return the fries for freshcrispy ones. To my disappointment, which is my reason for coming to eat here. My large order of Coca Cola was flat with no gas.Looking at my receipt I was charged $1.88 for my large drink. I did ask when did the $1 change occur, the gentleman behind thecounter said last week. I mentioned to him how come this was not advertised. McDonald's has always advertised their changes. I'm not so much for the food as I am for the truck parking. Food is average establishment is clean. Truck parking for maybe 15... trucks but it's free and in Vernon, CA that is rare. Although it is a tight spot to get in and out of. Read more
McDonald's has a certain standard that they should be kept to. I would like to know that when I send my child to go use the... bathroom that the bathroom door will lock. This McDonald's the bathroom door did not lock and someone walked in on me. How do Iknow that such disarray is in throughout the store. Maintenance is required in a business, this McDonald's seems to think thatthey don't need to do the maintenance. Read more
i went through the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and went through the whole process extremely quick which was surprising.... i decided to pull over in the parking lot and eat my breakfast. i later went inside to utilize the restroom which was clean buti noticed some homeless people on the inside. the staff politely asked if i needed help when walking out but i declined andstated i just went through the drive thru. i noticed the kiosks were also being used by some of the truck drivers in the area. Price at this McDonald's is higher than others, they're always out of bbq sauce and sodas, literally you walk in from time to... time and they tell you they have no sodas yet expect you to pay normal price for a combo... Read more
