Have been going here for the Tom Tom Club for many many years. Last time I went, it was disappointing. Staff was rude, slow and... more interested in socializing than taking my order and making my food. Today I called to order and the person was rude andshort on the phone. The sandwich was made on the wrong bagel and the lettuce and tomato were heated, and there was no cheese atall. It's so sad to see that this place has gone so far downhill. Doesn't seem that the owner even responds to the reviews.Won't be back. I can get something better even at Subway. Read more

I found a long hair in my food after eating almost half the sandwich , literally flossed my teeth with someone else?s hair .... Went there this morning for a bagel. Waiting at the register all ready to order. I said hi - no response. Kept waiting and the... man or woman rudely snapped at me saying they were waiting for me to order. Customer service is terrible - a simple hi or howcan I help you goes a long ways. I love the cheddar bagels. They are absolutely fire and have been getting them from Big Y so i figured I?d check the place out.... Got a bacon egg and cheese, and was disappointed to see that its made with a watery egg and the pre-made chewy cheap pre-cookedbacon. The bagel being so good saves it but I essentially paid almost 10 bucks for a dunks quality sandwich.
