Best Dunkin in the area, I go out if my way to visit this store....
3rd time going there they can never get my coffee right no sugar taste like water ????
This Dunkin gets our drink orders wrong almost all of the time. Whether it's forgetting decaf, almond milk, the 2 pumps instead... of 4, or mixing up an iced latte with cold brew... Don't even think about ordering two different drinks at once because they'lljust give you two of the same drink. I keep tormenting myself by going there often because they're close by and I like the coffee. But they mess up my order about... 40% of the time. They're always pleasant but often incompetent. Usually talking to each other when they take your order and thenthey make it like they want to. But always nice as they mess up your order. But I'm the eternal optimist and keep going back.Why??? Would give ZERO if I could ! Went in to get a small coffee, a donute and a small sandwich and when we got into the car I went... for a sip and the top was not on at all and poured burning hot mess all over me . My GF went to take it from me and tried to putthe lid on and it wouldn't even go on . Went in to ask for a new cup and lid and they accused us of not knowing how to handle acup on our own ?! Are you serious!!!! Didnt even take responsibility for not testing to see if it was a good cup and sealed orasking if we were ok! I was cleaning my car as my gf went in to get corporate call info and they wrote it in highlighter thensaid " I hope you can read that number " then ignored her with a massive attitude ! This is literally the best dunkin I have ever been to. The crew is on their A game every time I come here, and they are all very... pleasant and always give other totals before arriving at the window and have never messed up my order. I love these guys! Read more
Often get our order all wrong. The workers often have an attitude like they weren't happy to be working there. Very frustrating... to place an order, they sometimes they repeat our order and still get that wrong Read more
