They catered a party my husband and I hosted for ~25 guests, and boy did they not disappoint! We ordered quite a few items from... Oxtail, Spanish rice, mac and cheese and so much more. The food and flavor was delicious! From the ordering process to delivery,eveyone was professional, thorough and took pride in proving quality service. Horrible prices. $6 for a 20 oz. drink! If I?m paying $6 for a simple mango punch it better have the blood of Jesus Christ in... it. The curry shrimp, although made to order, was incredibly bland. I didn?t even finish it. I?ve never had a fresh coco breadfrom this restaurant. It is always stale on at least one end. Service was very slow. Although nice, they were slow and quiteforgetful. Writing this a few minutes after my doordash was dropped off. I usually go to this restaurant once or twice a week for my lunch... break and get the medium sweet and sour tofu. The white rice and cabbage soaked with the sauce is perfect. Every time I go,either in person or today with Doordash, they TRULY hook it up with portions. If you're vegan/vegetarian definitely give thisplace your business. Where else can you get meat-free options in Vernon? Ordered from this place in the past and I?ve never been disappointed until now. I?m writing because I used door dash and can?t... get my money refunded. I?ve never had an issue using Uber eats. No meat on one order. And I?m not sure why this was the onlycheese on my order of bun and cheese. Read more
Drove by this place and decided to stop. Food was good. Only downside is that is quiet pricey. I ordered a small oxtail meal.... Was super small with only 3 pieces of meat and like 1 spoon of rice for 12.99. Compare to the Medium jerk chicken my bf orderwho's plate was double the size for 11.99. Read more
This is a covid 19 take out review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was my first foray into Jamaican food and man... have I been missing out. I got a variety of items to try. The small chicken stew was loaded with flavor and was enough for ameal on its own. The plantains were very good. I thoroughly enjoyed both the chicken and beef meat patties. The fritter was verygood.
