Pretty good pho. They also have a selection of rice dishes including the house special fried rice and vermicelli noodle... bowls. The pho dishes are vegetarian, plain, shrimp, chicken or several different beef variations. The beef pho includes tripe(cow stomach and kind of good), beef tendon (very bland and not good), beef balls which are like meatballs but more spongy andthin sliced beef. I liked the cleanliness, the professional staff, service and quiet atmosphere. The broth is flavorful yet not too overbearing,... condiments are light but it's a good thing because keeps soup honest.
